The essentials
  • You remain in control of every deletion. Keep independent backups of irreplaceable photos.
  • App Store downloads are licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple.
  • Nothing here takes away consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

1. Provider and agreement

These terms apply to BestKeeper and its website, provided by Shanghai Qianjing Technology Co., Ltd., 3rd Floor, Building 1, No. 5666 Dongfang Meigu Avenue, Fengxian District, Shanghai 201400, China. Contact: service@brmb.com.

By using the app or website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you cannot legally enter into this agreement on your own, use the services only with appropriate parental or guardian authorization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

BestKeeper is preparing for its App Store launch. This website does not currently offer an app download or sell subscriptions. The purchase provisions below apply when those products become available in the app.

2. App license

The app is licensed, not sold. Your license to the iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms provide additional service and purchase information and do not replace that EULA. If there is a conflict about the app license, the Standard EULA controls, subject to mandatory law.

Use the app only on devices and in ways permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules and applicable law. Do not use the website or services to violate another person’s rights, interfere with security, or gain unauthorized access. Your photos remain yours; these terms do not grant us ownership of them.

3. Photo review and deletion

AI suggestions are aids to your own decisions. Assessments of similarity, sharpness, faces, recognized documents and image quality can be wrong. Review the actual items before clearing them; safeguards cannot guarantee that every important image will be recognized.

Moving an item to BestKeeper’s basket is not deletion. Deletion occurs only when you choose Clear and approve the iOS system confirmation. Apple Photos normally keeps deleted items in Recently Deleted for 30 days, unless you permanently remove them sooner. Permanent deletion cannot be undone by BestKeeper.

With iCloud Photos, deleting an item can also remove it from iCloud and other devices using the same Apple Account. Shared-library deletions may affect other participants. Keep independent backups of important photos and check what you are deleting. BestKeeper is not a backup, archival or photo-recovery service.

Reported file sizes, potential savings and freed-space figures are estimates. Recently Deleted, iCloud optimization, synchronization and system behavior affect when and where storage becomes available. We do not promise an exact amount of free space, a particular best-photo choice or an error-free classification.

4. Free features and Pro

BestKeeper’s free allowance covers 50 photos per day moved to the basket through AI-assisted cleanup, resetting at local midnight. Swipe-by-month review is free and unlimited. The app explains the applicable allowance before you need Pro.

Pro provides unlimited AI-assisted cleanup through an annual subscription or an available one-time lifetime purchase. Product availability, local prices, taxes, trial eligibility and included features are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Do not rely on a price shown outside that confirmation.

5. Subscriptions and trials

Apple charges purchases to your Apple Account using the terms displayed at checkout. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through Apple. Your next renewal date and price are shown in Apple’s subscription management.

If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, its duration and the price charged after the trial are shown before confirmation. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel in time under Apple’s terms. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial or the current period. Apple may end access to a canceled trial immediately.

Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BestKeeper, or use Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app or erasing its local data does not cancel a subscription. Any reminder is a convenience and does not change the renewal terms. Apple’s cancellation instructions explain the current process.

6. Lifetime purchases, restoration and refunds

A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase of the offered Pro entitlement for BestKeeper under the Apple Account used to buy it, for the operating life of the app. It does not promise that the app will operate forever, that every future product or service will be included, or that any particular future operating system will be supported.

Use Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore an eligible entitlement. Availability of purchases and restoration is subject to Apple’s systems and the product’s applicable rules.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility and decisions are determined by Apple and applicable law. Contact us if you need help locating a purchase or restoring Pro. Statutory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Permissions, connectivity and privacy

The app requires photo-library permission to analyze the items you allow it to access. Limited access restricts it to your selection. Core photo analysis takes place on your iPhone; purchases, restoration, iCloud previews, remote configuration and enabled analytics or crash services can require an internet connection. We do not guarantee third-party service availability.

Our Privacy Policy explains local processing, service providers, privacy controls and data requests. You do not need to create a BestKeeper registration account.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We may improve, update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and your existing purchase rights. We will provide notice of material changes where required. OS updates, device capability, photo permissions and third-party services may affect availability. You can stop using the app at any time; cancel any subscription separately through Apple.

We may restrict misuse of our website or connected services where reasonably necessary to protect security or comply with law. App-license termination is governed by the Standard EULA. We will not use a terms update to remove rights the law requires us to honor.

9. Warranties and liability

The warranty disclaimers and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the licensed app to the extent permitted by law. To the extent lawfully permitted, the website and informational materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Your statutory rights are not reduced by AI limitations, backup guidance or an “as available” description.

10. Applicable law and disputes

The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply to disputes about the licensed app. For these supplemental website and service terms, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain available where applicable. No provision requires you to waive rights that local law makes non-waivable.

Please contact service@brmb.com if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to use a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.

11. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect product or legal changes. The updated version will show its effective date at this address. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required and will not retroactively take away accrued rights.

For support, legal questions, business or partnerships, contact service@brmb.com. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as the law permits.
